DIGICHer Project Consortium Meeting in Rovaniemi, Finland, Hosted by University of Lapland

The DIGICHER project consortium gathered for a kick-off meeting in Rovaniemi, Finland, hosted by the University of Lapland. The DIGICHER project, funded by EU HORIZON EUROPE Research and Innovation programme, invites partners and stakeholders to revisit and provide new understandings on the key legal and policy, socio-economic and technological factors that drive the digitisation of minorities’ cultural heritage (CH) and will develop a novel, scalable framework, designed via user-centric approaches, to promote equitable, diverse and inclusive practices. Partners from three representative minority groups in Europe – the Sámi, the Jewish people and the Ladin people – join the DIGICHER project to co-design and pilot the framework.
