On October 15–16, 2026, the Sugihara House Museum in Kaunas hosted an international seminar “Digitised. What’s Next?” and a DIGICHer co-creation workshop.
Lithuanian museums store millions of exhibits, hundreds of thousands of which are already digitized and publicly accessible. However, a digitized object that no one finds or uses often remains simply on a file server. Therefore, the seminar focused on three questions:
Does anyone actually use what we digitize?
What can artificial intelligence really offer?
Will digital projects survive in five years?
